Bring your completed New Patient Paperwork, which should only take about 5 minutes to fill out.
What to Expect
A deep cleaning, an in-depth examination, and a personalized treatment plan.
2. The Day Of Your Visit
Based on what we determined during your initial visit, our prosthodontists will implement the treatment plan they prescribed.
3. Follow Up Visit
After your treatment, we’ll meet at least one more time to make sure everything looks 100% perfect.

4. Routine Hygiene Appointments
Ongoing hygiene is an essential part of maintaining a healthy smile. After your restorative or cosmetic work is finished, we’ll help you keep up with regular cleanings to your teeth and gums.

Out of Town Patients’ Guide
- Schedule a consultation appointment.
- Fill out forms and send over the necessary records.
- Travel to our office for a consultation visit, where we will create plans for the next steps.
- Schedule treatment appointment.
- Return to office 1-2 days later for the treatment to receive temporary teeth.
- Return to the office at least 3 months after the initial treatment to begin the permanent teeth process.
On average, we recommend staying for 3-5 days.
